Pre and Post Purchase Assistance

Sourcing / Deal Origination

• Establishing the investment targets and investment objectives with our client, we will conduct a deep and inside market search to source the most attractive hidden assets.
• Once the investment opportunities have been located and personally previewed, we will offer to our client a selection of only the most suitable investments which match the set criteria.

Transaction Management / Purchase negotiation

• We provide professional management support acting on our client’s behalf during the negotiation with the seller in order to maximize the bargaining potential. We are our investor’s advisor, not the seller’s advisor.

Financing / assistance with banks

• We have consolidated relationships with the management of several key banks and we will provide assistance to fully set up the banking operation and to obtain loans to finance the real estate investments.

Tax and legal advice / deal structuring and execution

• Our trusted partner lawyers and tax advisors will be able to provide cutting edge consulting to establish efficient cross-border and off-shore tax structures and to document the asset purchase.

Development and construction project management

• In case the investment involves development, we will provide our investors with trusted and efficient construction and development companies as well as architects and structural engineers.
• Upon request, we will leverage our extensive experience in overseeing the investment process and co-ordinating the different professionals and experts involved. Our assistance will be aimed to deliver to our client a state of the art development or refurbishment project.

Asset disposition and investment management

• After the asset purchase or project completion, should our investor prefers to adopt a buy-and-hold strategy, we will arrange for trusted real estate managers to provide a reliable post-acquisition management service aimed at increasing the asset’s performance.
• On the other end, should our client plans to sell his newly developed or renovated estate to cash-in on the investment, we will assist him with an efficient asset disposition service.
